Sandy Young, CPT

Trainer at Sonoma FITSandy Young is the founder and Director of FITMotion Studio.

Sandy’s journey into fitness began at a young age. She started competitive swimming at age 8 and competitive gymnastics at age 11, continuing to compete in gymnastics through college. Shortly after graduation, Sandy began teaching fitness classes. From dance aerobics, step, and kickboxing, to spin, trx, hiit, bootcamp, kettlebells, Pilates… and the list goes on… Sandy has taught it all. Many years and many certifications later, Sandy opened her own fitness business in 2004.

“I had a vision for the kinds of programs I wanted to implement, and running my own studio was the best way to accomplish that.”, states Young.
