Level I Training Workshop

Techniques & Skills for Total Body Fitness*

Learn how to properly and safely use the kettlebell for a total body workout. Discover why the kettlebell is such a powerful tool for getting fit. You will learn all foundation kettlebell moves from a Master Kettlebell Trainer. No kettlebell experience is expected. Completion of the workshop is required for participation in  the drop-in Level II Kettlebell classes.
