FITMotion Studio will be offering a new core fitness class called “Flow-Yo™: The Core Workout”. This class is a dynamic class, incorporating moves from yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing, body-weight training and gymnastics. This flow-style class is designed to balance the body, both physically and metabolically, strengthen muscles, especially of the core, and increase flexibility. This is a great over-all conditioning class, challenging the body to move in all planes and directions, strengthening and lengthening muscles. This also makes it a perfect cross-training class for runners, cyclists and anyone engaged in vigorous activity.
