Fitness Classes Come Back!

We’ll be offering studio Fitness Classes once again! We expect to be able to offer studio classes in early 2017. Look for Flow-Yo™ –The Core Workout. E-mail us to get notifications.

Flow-Yo™ Fitness Classes!

FITMotion Studio will be offering a new core fitness class called “Flow-Yo™: The Core Workout”. This class is a dynamic class, incorporating moves from yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing, body-weight training and gymnastics. This flow-style class is designed to balance the body, both physically and metabolically, strengthen muscles, especially of the core, and increase flexibility. This is a great over-all conditioning class, challenging the body to move in all planes and directions, strengthening and lengthening muscles. This also makes it a perfect cross-training class for runners, cyclists and anyone engaged in vigorous activity.

Learn Kettlebells for Fitness

Kettlebell Level I Fitness Training Workshop to be scheduled soon.

We are taking names, now, of anyone interested in being notified when the kettlebell workshop is scheduled. Get up to speed with using kettlebells for total body fitness. Participants will learn all the kettlebell fundamental moves from a master Kettlebell trainer. Completion of the workshop qualifies students for participation in the Kettlebell II fitness classes.
